Sticking up posters

Poster display in Trutnov is permitted exclusively through the official poster display service. This service is authorised and entrusted to be operated solely by the Social Centre of the Trutnov Region for Culture and Leisure.

Specific poster boards are reserved for poster display. Due to the limited capacity of poster boards, we kindly ask you to deliver posters exclusively in portrait format!

Poster display is carried out regularly once a week on Monday, provided it is a working day. If operational needs require it and depending on the capacity of the poster boards, SCT carries out poster display twice a week; the second display day is usually Thursday. Anyone requesting poster display is obliged to deliver the promotional materials together with the poster display order so that SCT receives them no later than one working day before the scheduled display date.

Posters are displayed for a maximum period of 2 weeks. In July and August, posters will be displayed only on Mondays. From the beginning of September, the display days will again be Monday and Thursday.

The price applies to the display of 1 poster for each commenced week.
The price does not include 21% VAT.
A total of 27 poster boards are available.

Extraordinary poster display outside regular display days: CZK 2,000 + 21% VAT in addition to the standard poster display price

An administrative fee of CZK 200 will be added to each type of political advertising poster.

Due to the limited capacity of poster boards, we kindly ask you to deliver posters exclusively in portrait format! SCT does not guarantee that all accepted posters will be displayed. In such a case, invoicing will be based on the actual display. SCT may also refuse materials for display due to inappropriate content or if the display cannot be carried out because the capacity of the poster boards is full.

The order must contain the following information:

Name or business name of the person/entity ordering the poster display, including the billing address. In the case of both natural and legal persons, the Company ID must also be provided.
Poster details: event name, number of pieces and poster size.
Requested display period – date.
Telephone contact for the person handling the order, if applicable.

!!! NOTICE

In the event of unauthorised, so-called illegal, poster display on poster boards, the posters displayed in this way will be removed. Regardless of the display duration, number and size of posters, a penalty invoice of CZK 2,000 will be issued.

Display of political advertising posters

pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/900 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the transparency and targeting of political advertising and Act No. 234/2025 Coll., on election campaigns and on the transparency and targeting of political advertising

These posters must be submitted to the SCT Information Reception no later than 3 days before the display date, so that their correctness and completeness can be checked, all required details verified, and archiving ensured in accordance with the above-mentioned legislation.

If the posters do not meet all requirements under the above-mentioned legislation, their display will be refused.

An administrative fee according to the SCT price list will be charged for the display of political advertising.
