Velký pán

The main character Malý Pán enjoys social life in the forest village, runs a kiosk with his beloved Majolenko, and has a band with his friends. However, the idyll begins to be disturbed by reports of strange Deermen threatening the inhabitants of the forest. What are they? And suspicion is also aroused by the eccentric protector Dr. Zetek and his omnipresent televisions. The robots, which are supposed to help the inhabitants of the forest, are also rather worried.

A spectacular puppet adventure like the world has never seen before in cinemas. The favorite Little Lord and all his friends will face Dr. Zetka and his efforts to dominate the entire forest and the surrounding area. The life of the main characters begins calmly and cheerfully, but the finale does not end with the most epic world hits. The full-length Velký pán has exceptional artistic processing, uses Czech puppet traditions, playfulness and humor. "He's like a puppet James Bond," says director Radek Beran in exaggeration. Zetek and his ubiquitous televisions. The robots, which are supposed to help the inhabitants of the forest, are also rather worried. The peaceful friendly atmosphere of the forest is gone, the inhabitants of the village are gradually controlled by fear and panic. The kiosk is empty, and even the Little Man himself begins to worry. Fortunately, he has to overcome his fear and go on a journey to save his Majolenka, his friends and indeed his home. The film Velký Pán is a free sequel to the film Malý Pán from 2015, which was very popular among children and adults and won awards at Czech and foreign festivals. Both films were created in a unique way, where the puppets played their roles in a real forest environment. The film will be accompanied by a song and a video clip by composer Milan Cais, the song was sung by Bára Poláková and Saša Rašilov. Simultaneously with the premiere, Supraphon releases a soundtrack with songs for both works.
