Through the reporter Martin Dorázin, through his character, we discover the ordinary life of ordinary people, long-term exposed to the effects of war. We show the power that actually decides wars. It is not victory at the front, but the resilience of the background - no matter which side wins, people will still live where they lived. We discover the theme of society's resilience through the eyes of a war correspondent, through his work with sound in radio reports. In the film, we also refer to the non-war context - society is only as strong as its weakest individual. The loss usually does not occur where people have folded, because the folding itself increases the chance of survival of the whole. This is a topic that also speaks to society, which is not directly threatened by the war.
