Ten-year-old Wily has always dreamed of becoming a superhero and fighting crime alongside his police officer father. However, his plans are disrupted by the birth of his younger brother Charlie, who immediately becomes the center of attention for the entire family. In addition, Wily discovers that little Charlie has mysteriously acquired superpowers. As a true superhero partner, he decides to train his little brother in heroism. And when the criminal duo tries to take over their city, can the siblings join forces and save the city?
