Terry Pratchett is one of the most popular writers. His books are translated into many world languages, his Amazing Planet stories have hundreds of thousands of fans and fan clubs, and dramatizations of his works are performed all over the world.

His, at first glance, almost fairy-tale story of the Court Sisters has its basis in the work of William Shakespeare, and if it reminds you of the drama Macbeth, you are certainly not mistaken. The only difference is that Terry Pratchett looks at dramatic situations with considerable insight and his own humor. And so the story unfolds before you about a deranged duke, artfully manipulated by his wife Lady Felmet, the slain King Verence, who wanders the castle like a ghost, about his kidnapped son Tomjan, about a jester who helps twist and untangle the story and, above all, about three witches, who argue and argue every now and then, but mainly stand on the side of good, so they use their magical abilities and save the kingdom, as in every good fairy tale.

If you want to become a little bit of a child again for a while, relax and have a hearty laugh, come and see our Bad Granny, old lady Ogg and Magrata Česneková and everyone else.
