A year has passed since the horrific events of the first part. Mike (Josh Hutcherson), a former night watchman at a closed pizzeria, with the help of policewoman Vanessa (Elizabeth Lail), eliminated a villain who was turning animatronic puppets into murderous monsters. In doing so, Mike saved the life of his younger sister Abby (Piper Rubio), whom he has been taking care of since the death of his parents. Thanks to him, little Abby did not suffer any consequences from her "visit" to Freddy's pizzeria, but on the contrary, she misses her puppet friends, Freddy, Bonnie, Chic and Foxy quite a bit. Even so, despite her brother's ban, she goes to the closed establishment to meet them again. This inadvertently triggers a new round of horror. The secret of Freddy's pizzeria is much bloodier and scarier than it might seem after the first part. And if the local creatures manage to get Abby to cooperate, things will happen, not only in the restaurant itself, but throughout the city. This night will probably be long and bloody. The Five Nights at Freddy's series is being created by Blumhouse, a horror dream factory, and is one of its most successful brands. The company's founder and producer Jason Blum promises that the second installment takes into account the wishes and reservations of millions of fans of the original game. "They criticized us quite a bit for the first one, complaining that the film was not bloody and scary enough. We believe that now they will be satisfied," promises Blum. The sequel should also ensure greater audience service by allowing fans to choose whether to go to the cinema to see the subtitled or dubbed version.
