Come and try Couples Yoga as part of YogFest Hor.
You don't have to come as a couple, singles are welcome too. This workshop is an ideal opportunity to get to know this form of yoga and discover its magic. You will learn to experience and practice yoga with a partner or loved ones, which will help you build mutual trust, respect and belonging.
Exercise allows you to improve communication, listening and stability in the body. You will gradually master positions that you had no idea you could do. Discover a new dimension of yoga.
