Successful director Radim Špaček (including Handcuffs, Zlatý podraz) is returning to the feature film format after six years. And again with a story based on real events called Forest Killer. The story, which filled the front pages of the media for many months, was written in the form of a screenplay by producer and screenwriter Zdeněk Holý, and the main role was played by the talented Michal Balcar (including Jan Palach, The Watchmaker's Apprentice). The precise and cool camera was handled by Oleg Mutu, and the editing by the well-known Polish editor Jarosław Kamiński (including Ida, Zátopek and Bod obnovy). Will we ever be able to uncover the reasons why a young and handsome young man from a good family, the winner of the competition Do you want to be a millionaire? murdered three people and planned to shoot up the subway? The new film Lesní vrah opens in cinemas on 4/25/2023. The film is distributed by Vernes, which is also the producer of the film. Exclusive screenings with debates with a creative delegation, renowned psychologists and real case investigators are planned throughout the Czech Republic.
