Site-specific drama production
"I'd rather be dead than cool."
He would give anything to meet him. Sid Vicious was Kurt Cobain's idol. But right now, it's not the right time. It's April 5, 1994, and Kurt is entering the infamous Club 27.
The rock legends never met – but what fate can’t do, a head full of heroin or a wish between life and death can. Kurt and Sid’s dialogue is sarcastic, cynical, chillingly true – and loving at the same time. Can it be a comedy? Black and disarming. Even if it’s a shot.
The creators of the production bring a new, author-updated version of the play by British playwright Roy Smiles, first performed in 2009 in London's West End.
