K.T.O. a vzpomínka na Waldu

The musical group KTO (Friends of Campfires) has been operating since 1963 and has since been among the best in Czech country, tramp songs, and popular music. Apart from their own activities, they accompanied Waldemar Matuška and Olga Matušková for 35 years.

KTO has recorded hundreds of songs in the studio, which have become an integral part of radio broadcasts and campfire singing. They have also filmed dozens of feature-length television shows and toured practically the entire world, including four successful tours of the United States (Nashville, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more).

The concert program is designed in the format Songs of the Golden Era of KTO: songs such as Zrádný banjo, Nelly Bly, Plácek v oudolí, U tří louží a dělá and Vzpomínka na Waldemar Matuška, represented by the songs - Tisíc mil, Eldorado, Jó řešné rzály, Slavíci z Madridu, To všechto odnes čas and many others.

All underlined by the memories of Franta Hacker and Petr Třebický, two true Mohicans of the Czech music scene.
