Eaters on the go set out outside of Europe for the first time and immediately took it on a grand scale. It's hard to imagine a greater gastronomic-travel attraction than Japan. The combination of rich history, unique culture and the highest quality food is exactly what Eaters are looking for on their travels. Join them to explore the secrets of local gastronomy in restaurants, markets, shopping malls and small neon-lit streets. What's it like to taste the poisonous fugu fish or a skewer of chicken entrails? And where did breaded schnitzel come from in Japan? After this lecture, you'll definitely head straight home to the fridge!

Jarda Bouzek is a traveler and photographer who traded a successful corporate career for a freelance life. He combines his experience from managing a large company with a passion for food and is the author of the idea for the show. He has the main say in the visual components of the project, i.e. video and photography.

Tomáš Šapovalov is a traveler with experience in the cuisines of the Caribbean and New Zealand. An amateur food enthusiast and professional caviar seller. He enjoys tasting dishes from all over the world and introducing them to other people. His main responsibility is the dramaturgy of individual episodes.
