When you think you have a great footing in all directions and nothing can stop you, you are usually very wrong. Ambitious corporate employee Aleš (Jakub Prachař) is transferred to the worst corporate department - the call center - by his narcissistic boss (Alexander Bárta). There, he has to quickly figure out how to create a team together with the eccentric conspirator Marcela (Petra Polnišová), the neurotic nihilist Michal (Vojta Kotek), the model Jitka (Anna Polívková) and other bizarre colleagues. That's the only way he can defeat his former colleagues during a team-building weekend, save his new department from being abolished and, above all, find his lost self-respect. The director of the comedy Jedeme na teambuilding is Zuzana Marianková, who has already completed the successful film Unknown Unknown and now brings to the cinema screens a crazy comedy from the world of company trips, where the most important thing is to get along for the company, and for some, to win the team competition. Especially when the beauties from Teplice, the pármen from Brno and the machete from Slovakia stand against you.
