Dr. Béranger has everything anyone could dream of. He's a star in the field of psychology, he's been married for 30 years, and he has his life under control. That is, except for his most demanding patient, Damien Leroy. Damien is a master at inducing anxiety. Intrusive, neurotic, and still lonely. To get rid of him, Béranger convinces Damien that the only way to heal is to find true love. But as the doctor is about to celebrate 30 years of marriage, his daughter tells him that she's finally found the man of her life - and that man is none other than... Damien. So Dr. Béranger cunningly uses all his knowledge of his former patient to make him impossible for his daughter. But Damien is not as fragile as he first seemed... Christian Clavier, who is well known to audiences from the comedies The Visitors, Asterix and Obelix, What Have We Done to Whom? and other hits, excels in the title role of Doctor Béranger. The Czech dubbing cast in the main roles is no less stellar, with Miroslav Donutil, Filip Tomsa and Elizaveta Maximová. "I'm really happy with this trio, because they are absolute professionals who are great to work with, which is of course evident in the result. Dubbing a French comedy is quite specific, because they have that 'ooo', 'mooon', so it's paradoxically a bit similar to Korean and we have to look for Czech equivalents. It's definitely a unique job with the language. Fortunately, we have technically talented actors, so they can handle even the improvised chaos," reveals the details of the preparation of the film Me and My Therapist, experienced dubbing director Jiří Sádek.
