HYNEK ŠNAJDAR: ČAS JE NEJSPOLEHLIVĚJŠÍ VRAH

Hynek Šnajdar's exhibition presents a cycle of authorial collages. Under the title Time is the Most Reliable Killer, there is a collection of works that reflect the transience of the world around us with subtle irony, a sense of absurdity and detail.
Šnajdar's collages create a visually rich space in which reality meets fantasy, everyday life meets dreams. Clippings from different times and contexts are put together in a new context – sometimes to make you smile, sometimes to make you think. The playfulness, dreaminess and rawness of the day are connected in his work into a captivating visual dialogue that oscillates between humor, eroticism and the restlessness of everyday existence.
Each collage is also a small story – spontaneous, multi-layered, intuitive. Šnajdar's world is a world of fragments that together create the poetry of everyday chaos. His works seem like dreams: confusing, amusing, disturbing – and at the same time irresistibly attractive.

The opening will take place on Tuesday, July 15th at 5:00 PM.
