A comedy in which a poor girl gets lucky twice and from one wedding comes another.
When there are two hotels with the same name in one city, they can be a source of complications. And when a wedding is to take place in a hotel with that name and the groom is then waiting in a different hotel than the bride, it's a big mess. In life, certainly, but as a starting point for a comedy, it's great terrain. Screenwriter Václav Wasserman and director Martin Frič created a great film comedy (1941) with Oldřich Nový, Nataša Gollová, Adina Mandlová... and the song "Tak jako sluncenice kožím denem otáčí se za sluncem". The theatrical form of this comedy, crazy and romantic at the same time, is tailored to our actors and is intended for both lovers of old films and viewers who have never seen it. Based on the film script by Václav Wasserman and Martin Frič.
