HOLEKTIV: PRADLENY

Welcome to the laundry room, where everything is washed. Shirts, socks, secrets and old sins. The laundresses have their hands full – water splashes, laundry is scrubbed and some stains on clothes and souls simply won't go away. This laundry room is a place where people go to wash their lives, wring out emotions and hang memories on a line. With humor, hyperbole and a pinch of nostalgia.

The Laundromat is a playful street new circus production for the whole family, where washing turns into a rhythm, a gag and a small cleansing ritual. The audience becomes part of the action: they sort, hang, get in the way and maybe they too will be cleansed. And if something goes wrong, it is simply washed again. And again. And again.
