Gilad Atzmon (UK) is a top jazz saxophonist, born in the early 1960s in Israel, graduated from the Rubin Academy of Music in Jerusalem, served in the Israeli army, lived for years in voluntary "exile" in London, Great Britain, where as a saxophone player he is one of the most sought-after jazz musicians. He now lives in Athens, has already given concerts in the Czech Republic several times, and is also a successful writer. He has played and recorded with, among others: Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, Robbie Williams, Sinead O'Connor, Robert Wyatt and The Water Boys!

Gilad Atzmon has an unmistakable tone, influenced by Charlie Parker, John Coltrane and Jewish folk music, among others. He was born into a secular Jewish family in Tel Aviv and studied at the Rubin Academy of Music in Jerusalem. In 1994, he "emigrated" to Britain and studied at the University of Essex. In 1998, he became a member of the band The Blockheads and continued to perform with them after the death of their frontman Ian Dury. In 2007, he played on the album of musician Robert Wyatt and also collaborated with the band Pink Floyd on their fifteenth album The Endless River (2014).

On the European tour, he is accompanied by a great line-up of Czech (!!!) jazzmen: Daniel Bulatkin (CZ) – piano, Taras Vološčuk (UK) – double bass, Dušan Černák (CZ) – drums.
