DEBUTIK – FESTIVAL PRVNÍCH A DRUHÝCH FILMŮ

Four days of film discoveries and big comebacks

Debutik is a film festival dedicated to first and second feature films. Films made by directors at the beginning of their creative journey, but also films by today's well-known filmmakers that remind us of where their journey began. The zero (and ninetieth) year of the festival will take place from 1 to 4 October 2026 in Trutnov. Its main venue will be Kino Vesmír, but the program will also take place in other Uffa spaces and at selected locations in the city.

Debutik wants to be a place where films, their creators and audiences meet. Not only in front of the screen, but also during debates, meetings and an accompanying program. A place where it is possible to discover new film personalities and at the same time return to the first steps of those whose names we already know well today.
