BUDDHISMUS V MODERNÍM SVĚTĚ

We invite you to the lecture Buddhism in the modern world. Roman Virt, disciple of Lama Ole Nydahl and practitioner of Diamond Way Buddhism, will give a lecture on Buddhist methods that are useful in everyday life.

At the lecture, you will learn about practical Buddhist methods and how to apply them in modern times. Diamond Way Buddhism is popular in our country mainly due to its independence, practicality and emphasis on critical reason. Western Buddhists are a natural part of society. They have families, jobs and meditate in their spare time.

The lecture takes place on the occasion of the nationwide international traveling exhibition Buddhism of the Diamond Way: 30 years in the Czech Republic and 50 years in the West. It will be open in Trutnov from October 30 to November 7 at the UFFO Gallery. The opening will take place on Tuesday, October 29 from 5:00 p.m.

Buddhism has been around for over 2,500 years. He does not know dogmas and prohibitions. He works with human maturity, criticality and life experiences. It shows the principles by which the world works, allowing it to be experienced in a richer and more interesting way.
